The Upper New York Repeater Council, Inc. The Metropolitan Coordination Association (MetroCor) provides coordination services for the New York State Counties of: Westchester, Bronx, New York, Richmond, Kings, Queens, Nassau, & Suffolk, along with Northern New Jersey The St Lawrence Valley Repeater Council (SLVRC) provides coordination services for the New York State Counties of: St. Lawrence & Franklin.
